As of 5pm, 14 October, reports are raised via downdector.sg.
The main ones reporting issues are Whatsapp, DBS, Facebook, Singtel, Posb and
Instagram.

DBS digital banking and payment services are also reported down.

While not all can be verified, we had tried DBS online services and Facebook
on desktop and both appeared to be down for the moment.
Update – Singtel confirm no issue. It could be specific to the social media website instead.
What could possibility happened to hit so many services at once?
