Cuscaden Reserve
Cuscaden Reserve is located behind Tanglin Mall. Therefore, in terms of
location, it is in a desirable location. However, being 99 years in a sea of
Freehold condos has diluted the interest. In addition, there are no Primary
schools within 1 km.
With only 5% sold, it will need a drastic price cut to spur interest.
Interestingly, the asking PSF is similar to the new launch condos at

One Draycott
Located near the high-end Admore Park, One Draycot is another prestigious
address to TOP this year. However, with only 22% sold, its unimpressive sales
are the result of it being 99 years as well as a small boutique development.
Anglo Chinese School (Primary ) is within 1 km of One Draycott.

If you spot a trend in D10 99 years project, you could be up to something.
With 27% sold, Parksuites must catch up to the newer launches.

Amber Park
If you are looking for space, there are 6 5 Bedrooms in the development up for
grabs. This development is located in D15 and has a unique Skypark that
overlooks surrounding buildings. Tanjong Katong Primary has located 1 km
from the school. The future Tanjong Katong MRT is just a few minutes walk
away.
The Gazania
The Gazania is a low-rise development in D19. Paya Lebar Methodist Girl’s
School and Maris Stella High Schools are schools within 1km. With 96% sold, it
will be a matter of time before it sold out.
