a local or a tourist, you must try these 20 most popular local dishes in
Singapore.

1 Hainanese Chicken Rice

12 Fried Carrot Cake 

Fried Carrot Cake

A savoury dish made from a mixture of rice flour and grated white radish,
stir-fried with eggs, chives, and sometimes shrimp.
