Planning to change new note for CNY?
New/Fit notes will be available for withdrawal from UOB ATMs. There will be 15
new notes ARM locations and 2 Fit for gifting notes ATM.
MAXIMUM LIMIT FOR NEW/FIT NOTES
Customers may withdraw up to a maximum of S$1,600, in 6 available options as follow:
- $2 notes x 50 pieces ($100)
- $10 notes x 30 pieces ($300)
- $50 notes x 10 pieces ($500)
- $50 notes x 16 pieces ($800)
- $ 2 notes x 25 pieces + $10 notes x 25 pieces ($300)
- $10 notes x 20 pieces + $50 notes x 6 pieces ($500)
Each customer is limited to 2 withdrawals per ATM/Debit card based on the 6 available options, on a first-come, first served basis and subject to availability.

Online Reservation
You can make an online reservation to collect new note from selected branches.
Reservation period
First reservation period from 5 January for collection from 10 to 14 January
Second reservation period from 12 January for collection from 16 to 20 January
Do note that there is a cap base on the following amount.
- New/Fit $2 notes : $200 only
- New/ Fit $10 Notes : Up to $500 (in multiples of $100)
- New/ Fit $50 notes : Up to $500 (in multiples of $100)
- Maximum amount : Up to $1,200 daily
Walk in
Only Elderly UOB customers aged 60 and above, as well as customers with
disabilities, can walk in to exchange New/Fit notes without an online
reservation, subject to daily availability
