Show notes:

Here is the GETTING STARTED VIDEO for guardians. This tells you how to create an applicant (child) account and gain access to the system. It’s really useful and it’s only five minutes.

There is also a great series of articles online covering absolutely every question we’ve ever been asked or anticipated being asked! We have a whole support portal, which can be searched for any query at all! It’s great (the video is on there too) and there are articles that cover everything. At last count, we had over 140 different support articles on there for parents and we’re growing that all the time.

If you’re really struggling, you can submit a ticket on there.

Lastly on our families hub we’re posting up new resources, lessons and revision plans to support these new tests and also to be mindful that tests can be stressful for both parents and children. We are about to launch a range of articles that are specifically aimed at reducing exam stress and we’ve teamed up with a leading neuroscientist to do this. We’re also going to provide schools and families with a range of ideas that can support responsible preparation for the test.

If you’re feeling confident and want to go straight to the guardian portal or just double-check that you registered in the right place: here is that link directly too! Just click on create and account, but watch that video first. It’s intuitive and self-explanatory but, always good to see what you’re doing!
